The Macedonian Call
As we enter the Advent season, we're looking at stories of DWELLING. The mystery that God dwells among his people is a central tenet of the Judeo-Christian faith. Which is part of why the destruction of the Jerusalem temple was such a shocking event. Didn't God dwell in the temple among his people? The story of Jesus puts a new twist on how God dwells among us ... and how we as God's people are to dwell with God. This week's message comes from Joel 3:17-21.
