Track 1: Session for Church Leaders (Room 600) - 1:00 – 5:00
“Peering into a Positive Future: Guided Dialogue about Our Shared Future” led by Jon Mullican of the Highland Oaks Church in Dallas, Texas. Jon is a key figure in Hope Network, a Texas-based organization. This session is sponsored by Pepperdine University and will be hosted by Rick Gibson, Vice President for Public Affairs and Church Relations at Pepperdine.
Track 2: Popular Level Session (Auditorium)
Part 1 (1-1:45) features Brian Sandine of San Leandro. Brian is a highly trained and gifted minister. He has helped his church find a healthy balance between innovation and stability.
Part 2 (2-2:45) features Amos Allen of Kairos Church Planting ministry. Amos will talk about the need for church planting and describe what God is doing in new churches on the West Coast.
Part 3 (3:00-3:45) A conversation with Lee Camp & Doug Foster. They’ll be asked to reflect on how the Sermon on the Mount should shape the ethics of the people of God today.
Part 4 (4-4:45) features Mike Cope of Abilene, Texas. Mike directs the Pepperdine Bible Lectures. He will speak on “What If We Were Known As ‘The Forgiving People’?”
