Choose from two methods:

1. Register by completing and submitting the online form that appears below.
2. Download and print the registration form. You may then either mail or hand-carry the form to the College Church of Christ office (the address appears below).

 IMPORTANT: each person in the family that plans on attending must submit a registration form. This must be done PRIOR to making your payment.
